Wire Transfer

So the cable guy came and went, and I am still sans Internet. Shocker. He claims he's coming back Tuesday to rewire. After leaving work early and spending three hours on a Friday evening waiting and dealing, I've now got to do it all over again next week.

John brought up a good point. What do these people carry in their vans if not more wire? Do they just drive around with a clipboard and a bad attitude? Cable's not that complicated. You need the box, the modem, maybe a splitter, and - here's the biggie - cable.
