Yes, I'm still on the phone and still totally paying attention, but with the TV on in the background (I do communications. It's always on) I have been slightly annoyed all day by CNN's obsession with the pirate story. I recognize I could be alone in this sentiment, but I don't get it. The network seems to have gone off the rails with the pirate news, the pirate sidebars, the pirate-related web content.
It all seems ridiculously overblown to me. Kind of like the Summer of the Shark.
